Job Title:	Social Development Advisor

Description:	Responsible for the supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas.
Requirements:	Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Liberal Arts preferred; will consider mature individuals with a minimum of two years working with at-risk youth or related experience and/or training, preferably in a residential setting. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work any shift on any day of the week. Must have a current Oklahoma driver’s license and good driving record.
